ABLinox has 15 years stainless steel machining experience since ABLinox (Guangdong) Precision Metal Technology Co. Ltd (ABLinox for short) set up in 2008 in Foshan, Guangdong, China.
ABLinox established the standard management system and quality control systems, aimed to give one-stop stainless steel machining technical solution service and develop competitiveness for the world global customers at early stage of establishment. And within 2 years, we grew from a tiny workshop to a modern enterprise with modern production lines, and expanded 8 times, in order to give more competitive service to our customers by this way. Besides, ABLinox passed the international standard systems of CUPC, NSF, CE, EN, ROHS as well as ISO quality system, and achieved deeper and broader international business expansion in 2013.
In 2014, ABLinox confirmed offer special stainless steel products customized services for World Brands as our strategy, and upgrade production capacity 10 times to ensure can offer world-class service and manufacture. The company has transformed from a single production manufacturer to an one-stop solution supplier with R&D and design and solve the customized product techniques with the realizing whole process independent manufacturing lines. ABLinox special focused on the stainless steel material application and machining, through mold design and manufacturing and professional casting technology, and product structure technological design, molding, casting, fixture tooling design, processing, surface treatment, product assembly and packaging etc. and improved the function and quality of customized products every month, with customer together, we want to develop each customized products could be high market share and loved by user. ABLinox (Guangdong) Precision Metal Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on August 18, 2008. The starting point of the first generation of ABLinox is: we want to be a different Chinese enterprise that Chinese people are proud of and the world respects.
In 2008, Foshan Nanhai Yuejia Decoration Hardware Factory was registered and established, starting from a 380-square-meter workshop with 20,000 Yuan. At the beginning of the company's establishment, it aimed at the global market and established a corporate standard management system with forward-looking awareness.
In 2010, the company quickly upgraded from a small workshop-type factory to a private enterprise with a modern production line within two years, and the scale of the factory was expanded by 8 times; at the same time, the company's own pursuit of quality was strict.
In 2013, Foshan ABLinox Sanitaryware Co., Ltd. was registered and established; the whole line passed the ISO quality standard system, CUPC, NSF, CE, EN, ROHS and other international standard systems; to achieve a deeper and broader international business expansion.
In 2014, Moved to Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, and the factory area was expanded to 50,000 square meters; the company also transformed from a single product manufacturing factory to an integrated solution led by R&D and directional special R&D, with the goal of "full-process independent manufacturing realization". solution provider.
In 2016, the mold research and development center was established to provide customers with more systematic technology, process and comprehensive cost solutions.
