The ball valve body is engineered to deliver superior dimensional accuracy, smooth internal flow passages, and excellent surface finish for optimal flow characteristics and reliable sealing.

PRECISION MACHINED SEALING SURFACES: All critical interfaces are CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment:

Ball Seat Pockets: Precision machined with concentricity ≤ 0.05mm for ball alignment

Flange Faces: Raised face (RF), flat face (FF), or ring-type joint (RTJ) with surface finish Ra 1.6-3.2μm

Stem Bore: Precision bored to accommodate anti-blowout stem design
